Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Calibration
If you don't already have a vehicle equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), chances are that your next vehicle will be. ADAS are technological features developed to automate, adapt, and enhance vehicle safety. They assist drivers by decreasing reaction times through early warning and automated systems. ADAS are proven to reduce road fatalities by minimizing human error.
Most ADAS operate, among other things, using a camera located on the windshield behind the rear view mirror. When you replace your windshield, it is important to have your camera recalibrated by experts according to the manufacturer's standards to ensure proper functionality.
You may require ADAS recalibration for the following:
- After a windshield replacement
- Following a wheel realignment
- Change of the vehicle's suspension
- If the camera was disconnected
- You receive an error message on your dashboard
Our technicians have the knowledge, expertise, and equipment necessary to recalibrate ADAS on most vehicles.

Features your vehicle may have which require ADAS calibration:
Lane Departure Warning
This feature detects the lane lines and warns the driver if the vehicle begins to move out of its lane.
Lane Keep Assist
This system corrects a lane change that is not signalled by the driver, bringing the vehicle back into its designated lane.
Forward Collision Alert / Forward Collision Warning
This system detects the distance between the driver's vehicle and the vehicle in front of them. When the driver approaches too close, the system notifies the driver by a visual or audible warning to prevent a collision.
Active Brake Assist
A type of Autonomous Emergency Braking system. It functions like the Forward Collision Alert but will also automatically engage the brakes if needed.
Collision Mitigation Braking System
Acts in the same way as the Forward Collision Alert. In addition to notifying the driver, it will apply the brakes automatically if the driver does not do so following the alert.
High Beam Assist / High Beam Sensor
Detects the light of oncoming vehicles and automatically switches from high beam to low beam while passing oncoming vehicles or closing in on vehicles ahead.
Auto Headlamp Control
Automatically adjusts the strength and direction of the light depending on vehicle speed and driving conditions.
Traffic Sign Recognition
Allows your vehicle to recognize traffic signs such as speed limits or stop signs, helping the driver be aware of information that may have been missed.
Adaptive Cruise Control
Maintains a safe distance from the vehicle ahead by automatically adjusting vehicle speed while using cruise control.
